As a trained radiographer, Sunet Meyer spent two decades photographing the internal workings of her patients, and continues to do so. However, photography has always been her passion in life and some years ago she chose to turn her photography into a career, as opposed to it being just a hobby. Her years as a radiographer and photography enthusiast gave her not only the skills to be a professional photographer but also blessed her with a unique way of seeing her subjects or landscapes.
Sunet’s daughter and dogs have always been her muse and willing, trusting models, and Sunet still photographs them regularly for both practice and pleasure in addition to her professional client work. Although her husband, Martin, would prefer not to be caught in front of her lens, over the years he has been an endless source of both motivation and support. This is why much of Sunet’s work is family oriented, as family values mean the world to her.
In addition to family and portrait photography, both in studio and on location, Sunet’s fortés also include nature and wildlife photography, as well as product photography. Sunet specializes in studio work, but also very much enjoys spending time outdoors or on location.
